Making POHEA

Lastnight we got the kids to bed and started making POHEA. It was so much fun and felt like we were back to the dating days. It is Dj's family recipe, and they make it every year for Christmas. So we decided to make some for our friends and neighbors this year. The hard part about it is all of the rolling and making it paper thin. DJ did most of that. The best part is that we only did a fourth of the doe and it made one bowl full. They pronouce it like Poo-ya. It was alot of fun, and look forward to doing it this week every night till it is gone.

Deep fryed Dough covered with powder sugar = Deliciousness.
